The Administrative structure of St. Joseph's Senior Secondary School - Naggalama is designed to promote team work and collective responsibility in the smooth running of the school with the aim of attaining excellence in academics, extra curricular activities and leadership skills at all levels. Teachers do not only stop at teaching but are assigned other responsibilities within the framework of the school, like rendering assistance to students in non-academic programes/activities and playing advisory and supervisory roles and leadership skills at all levels.
Through the established management chart, all employees are able to identify their immediate and higher level supervisors. The overall administrator of the school is the Head Teacher who exercises his/her authority through delegating some his/her responsibilities to the other administrators or senior staff.
Above the echelon is the Board of Governors that discharges its functions largely through committees created for efficient running of the school. Majorly, there are two committes, Finance Planning and General Purpose Committee and Academic and Disciplinary Committee. See details below...
